well, I had been reading a few threads like this:

And ava has gotten too big for her carseats with headrests in the back of the jeep. So It was time to find a way to get head rests in the TJ.
I followed the same process shown above and ended up with a pretty sweet outcome. It needs some tweaking for the fold and tumble. (a bit more foam trimming), but it works great and fits perfect.

One thing I didnt see noted in the original writeups was that the carseat latches are botched in this swap. The TJ has the mounts on the seat upper and the JK has the mounts on the seat lower, so in doing this swap you essentially remove all of the carseat quick attach points. That being said it would be easy to add them as I did to my older 97-02 style TJ back seat.
