I'm going to paint the upper sides and brackets gloss black (to try to make it easier to clean) and the side that takes the abuse it's going to be the hammered grey (like the rear lower links). I that hammered look hides a lot of damage and has been pretty durable.

Just put the windshield armor on .... Hate it. But it is going to stay until something better is found.

I think it would look better with out the bar above the windsheild. It would look factory but then still take the abuse.

Overall, it's not terrible, but here is the angle that shows the design flaw that I dislike the most.
