Well car Ram-Rod saw daylight via it's own power again today. Everything is pretty much good. Temp gauge isn't working, gotta fix that. Still have two small exhaust leaks, which are causing it to run sorta rich. Gotta fix that. T-case shifter cables are not adjusted right so it's not wanting to fully engage in some ranges. Should all be easy fixes and then all thats left to do is throw the belly skid under it and load it on the trailer. See you boys in KY.

Trans. update after OSCAR II. Broke the pump ears that engage on the converter about 5 hours in. Snapped one clean off and the other looks like it broke after the first snapped. Talked to several transmission places and friends I used to do the drag racing thing with and it's not common, however not uncommon to happen. Waiting to hear a price back from a friend of a friend that built the trans in my Camaro. He is going to look into some upgraded pumps for me and try to get the trans as bullet-proof as possible. The converter is getting sent back for more stall as it was not right to begin with. Hope to be back going by the first of next month. No reason to put it back the way it broke though. I do however have a spare pump and will carry it on long trips from now on.
