Ive been thinking about doing the same thing with some old semi brake drums. They are HEAVY.

I had the rotors from my old Duramax sitting around for a long time, but eventually junked them. Don't have the floor space for it.

Camped at a pretty awesome hipcamp site in linville this past weekend. Owned by the Hall family. The wife announces for KOH and ultra 4 and he’s a multiple Baja 1000 winner. They have a sweet place for camping. We should have a camping trip up there. I’m going to post some more pics in a thread.

Went to Vogel State Park up in Northern Georgia. Area was gorgeous and enjoyed some fall weather before coming back to this nasty heat in Columbia today. Vogel definitely made a run for favorite state park and if I had taken the TJ I would of visited Beasley knob.

First day of second grade

Finally got to use the new disco. Towing 6.7L new industrial diesel engine to a trade show. Shippers decided they didn't want to pick it up so I had drag it down. Other than the uhaul being a wobbly SOB, didn't really even notice it was back there. I'm happy with this car and glad I went diesel. Maybe one day I'll have a real people trailer to use on the back of this thing.

Major expansion to Ram-Rod Speed Shop this year, getting closer to operational now. I will have the ability to roll or brake light gauge metal as well as CNC plasma work in house. And got a deal on a bead blast cabinet today… So, If anyone needs parts I hope to be up and running Friday. 16 ga (decorative), 1/8, 3/16, 1/4 plate in house and ready to cut parts. Can design as necessary.

Put a small budget boost on this 2017 4Runner. I think the next items are a set of 17’s and some all terrains. But for now it is back off to college with its owner 😂

Dusty weekend but absolutely amazing weather at Uwharrie! Did everything but Daniel and Dutch John. Dutch was closed off tight for some reason.
