It is, this print just lifted and when that happens your print is basiclly trashed. I made a part the other day that turned out better than one we had made on a commercial Zprint.
Gotcha. I only have experience with the stuff we have at school and the media plays a large roll in how good the prototype comes out. Certain types seem to be very coarse and not work as well.

I can't post the pics online (still top secrete lol) but ive made a few parts with interference fit grooves that match perfectly with parts off of our existing tooling. My machine prints in ABS so it a bit different to work with over PLA.
