When I talked to the tourist center in evarts she said that weekend is the April fools day run also. So there's supposed to be crowd.

I'm about to call it quits.
I was planning on coming up on Saturday, and just stay till Tue or Wed of the next week since that's spring break for the kids. Turns out I'm off work that fallowing Fri, and work has me down for a training class Mon and Tue. :'( They won't approve the time off because of the training class.
If I go up on Wed and stay through the weekend, I'll have no one to wheel with, miss the chili dinner, ect......
The 2nd year that it just isn't working out!
This sucks!

I have never seen it but Julio is supposed to post up how to get there. I'd like to go find it if time allows. I don't know how you guys feel but that would make a very good Sunday morning trip since I won't be able to get up there till late Thursday I don't know if I want to spend a day looking for hidden treasure.

Ive been to Harlan 6 times now and have never heard about that old train building. That would be real cool to find, I'd be down for an excursion to find it. Hopefully that guy posts up the map picture of where it is. Also since were talking about crazy Harlan stuff anyone seen the wondering wild horse?
