Those could be teraflex units too, as their joints resemble JJs: http://www.teraflex.biz/short-arm-modular-rear-upper.html

The thing that throws me off on those arms is the tabs for the e brake cables, and the stupid amount of shank on the joints (which is obviously not 1 1/4).

those are currie, I have one sitting in front of me. The casting on the tera joints is more round.

looks like they used to sell them with currie joints and poly bushings, but have now switched to their own x-flex joints and clevite bushings. So you have the old style.

no problem, I would seriously suggest just rebilding the johnny joints on those arms, Curries are the best joint on the market right now, and have been for years.

Added some new parts to the Jeep

E brake cables, passenger caliper

Upper rear control arms

And notched the skid plate for the front Drive shaft

Who ever installed the lift put too small of bolts in the lower control arms. Should have 9/16" but they put the factory bolts in wich are 1/2". That and the uppers is where the slop was.

Now that the Jeep is about the way I want it, I'm thinking about selling it and getting something more comfortable as a DD.

Go long arm and it will be more comfortable for daily driving.

Long arm or lower it some. My jeep was plenty good for daily driving. Just didn't have room for fat dogs

I ran a 2.5 inch spring and a 1.25 inch body lift. This will give you about the height you have now with the ability to do an engine lift and have a flat belly. Adjustable trac bars help too. That jeep never ever darted or did anything weird. 97tjsteve can probably chime in and say how well a low short arm jeep rides and drives.
