I got the chance to try a couple good beers this weekend.
Singha: my go to light beer with spicy hot Thai food. Get them ice cold and cut the spice in your dish by chugging away at these things.
Oscar Blues Pinner IPA: Good solid IPA. Not going to win any contest, but it is light for many craft IPAs going around now. I could actually drink a few around a fire.
Unita Hop Nosh: A much more potent IPA with crazy hop aroma. The flavors were good and it didn't burn out my taste buds so I could continue drinking.
Anderson Valley Huge Arker: Crazy good, but at $18 a bottle it better be. 13.5% so you don't need many. Great chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon flavors though.
After those it gets a little fuzzy on beer names. Probably one to many shots of Jager or a few to many 10%+ beers. It was a buddies birthday and he really loves to show off his beer fridge.
