Tool Storage ideas

I finally updated my tool box (Thanks @Twilliamson for helping unload it!). With the jeep project, I lost my patience with the old box. Drawers not staying shut, wrench drawer falling off track, and a general lack of space.

I'm most excited about this:


I need some ideas on other organizers. Anybody have something neat for screwdrivers, pliers, etc?

I would be interested to hear what you do with screwdrivers. Mine just roll around in the drawer.
