Whilest removing the bumper from @LBarr2002 's Jeep, one of the welded nuts broke free from the frame, making removal of the Large ARB bumper 200% more difficult. While we had the welder at the front of the jeep today I devised a plan to repair, It also gave me a opportunity to use my new tool in my shop.
Made a quick arbor out of a old bolt, and rounded off the flat spots of a nut, left and added a taper to one end.

Opened up the hole with a step bit, I was able to leave enough material in the frame to press the nut in with a c clamp.

Welded around the edge

Ground flush to finish.

Quick and easy repair.
