We've rented a cabin. There are others available. There are still 2 beds available in the rented cabin. We will be hopefully exploring the cove either Saturday or Sunday. We will venture out to Chattanooga for some fun and other local trails also.

Current Cabin headcount is:

Larry, Burgy, Bennet, Nora (4)
Brooks, Ava, Casey (3)
Ed and Stacy(2)
Kris and Amanda (2)

Dinner Friday - OYO

Saturday
Breakfast - Kris

Lunch - On the Trail

Dinner - Brooks Burgers

Sunday
Breakfast - Barrs

Lunch - Out

Dinner - Stacy&Ed.

I'm not sure... I set an alarm for 12:01 am Wednesday but I'll try to look at some weekend dates ahead of then to see when it opens.

from the FAQ:

OHV daily tickets are available 3 days in advance. New tickets become available at 8AM CST. Same day tickets are available until 5PM CST.

Also, it seems the safety quiz is down right now, or it wont load on my work computer.

The link in the permit is broken. You have to navigate to it from the top menu.

From the safety briefing:
No one can reserve daily tickets on behalf of other OHV drivers. Daily tickets are first come, first serve. Tickets can be reserved up to 3 days in advance. We cannot guarantee space for an entire group.

Yeah, every driver has to go in and register for themselves. As far as the limits and space, I think we'll be fine as long as there isn't a huge volume because of the holiday weekend.

I got 25/26 right on the quiz. Damn wrong one was a "Both x and x" answer. I only chose the first correct answer I saw...so be sure to look at ALL the answers before submitting!! LOL There are several like that.

completed my quiz. I guess we need to all agree to try to get the pass a 9am on the Wednesday. If we conclude that there are still 20ish tickets we should go ahead and reserve. if its down to like 5 left when you go to reserve, I would make sure we already got ours.

We don't want half the group to get tickets.

We need a text message group (phone not FB) of everyone who is going so we can send out a reminder and immediately get confirmation. If everybody doesn't get through, we try again for Sunday permits.

I have it on my calendar for Wednesday. Its just the 4 Jeeps? I will create a text group on Friday.
