Downtown Columbia? I've seen it a few times.

These conversions are becoming more and more popular. Take a Land Rover Discovery and turn it into a truck or a soft top. There are a few well done examples out there, but most are pretty bad hacked together.

Either way, it doesn't get rid of the ticking time bomb under the hood. Oh and it has a sunroof so have fun with that leaking misery.
