there was not the top ultra 4 guys either..well besides the guy that won haha. they have bigger tires, lighter and longer wheel base, i figured they were gonna shoot up backdoor like nothing.. When they had the race over here they lost also... My question is everyone claims tim camron to be one of the best(which we pretty fing good no dout) but i cant believe he is not showing up to any of these events.. I know he doesn't have a rig at the moment but i figured all the people that kiss his *** would let him use one

I'd say the ultra4 cars that were at the top surpassed the $$ in the bouncer rigs by double except bobby tanners rig. And if it wasn't put together by Coleworx that rig wouldn't have over 40K worth of parts in it I don't think.

Other than Bobby's rig, most of those bouncers that showed up were pretty ridiculously heavy. Three of them were Rockwell rigs.

As for the comment on Timmie, I would have loved to have seen him or Cole out there in the JK buggy. Or UltraBouncer. Woulda been a show for sure.

But no doubt, until these Southern boys get them some bypasses and get the suspension tuned and the buggy's evenly distributed they are gonna continue to get beat. Especially when the Slawson's show up.

How does qualifying for the big race work? I know if you're a top finisher in the races throughout the year you're in but what about the rest, and then lcq?

Yeah Chris May ended up with a qualifying time of 3:58 i believe, which put him around 50th out of 160 rigs.

When I saw him come across the finish i thought i'd seen his rig with a blown out tire. Not sure if it was bead or sidewall though, and bert didn't know either when i texted him.

The way it was explained to me was that there was no LCQ this year. Everyone who passed tech was in but if they didn't qualify then they had to pay more money to get into the race.

#4421's stiffest competition (Shannon Campbell) chose to do Backdoor first. had to winch. Was passed by another car in Backdoor.

#725 is set to leave the line soon. Hope Chris has good luck. New car seems to be working very well.
