I haven't launched registration yet, because we weren't sure what the food situation is. I don't want people thinking they are paying for food and then there isnt any or isn't what we said there would be. There are a number of local catering places in Harlan. I had mentioned it to Jimbo, but I just not have been clear. I'd like to find a solution to Food Asap so we can get registration launched. Realistically we would end Registration beginning of April.
I was up there on an ATV ride not too long ago and we got pizza from this place. It was surprisingly very good. May be a good food option.

That does look pretty good. I shot a text to @Kris "FlyinLion" to see if she can call and ask about large orders and possibly a buffet style salad option.
Harley was awesome to speak to at Portal. She sent me the catering prices below.
How to determine the number of pizzas to order:
"Number of Guests multiplied by 3 ( avg. slices a person eats) then divide that by 8 (avg. slices on a large pizza) = how many pizzas you should order."
In my calculations, I used 2 slices per person and 10 slices per pizza. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK MY CALCULATIONS. There is a reason I do not work in a math-related field!
Here are the formulas in the last column: QTY to Order x Price รท 80
Garlic Knots come with 7 pieces. They are usually $5.49 per order. She will give us 10 orders for $40. I upped that: 2 orders for $80.
Harley said she could price our pizzas at $12. I told her we wouldn't get crazy with a bunch of different ones. I thought most likely 1) pepperoni, 2) cheese and 3) veggie. Full pizza menu attached.

They can do something like Burger/Fries/Drink for $7.50/person. We would need to let them know a week ahead of time. They usually do Hibachi on Saturday nights, but could accommodate our group of 75-80, too.

Thanks Kris! sounds like this is a viable option. The pizza sounds good, but the burger with fries option sounds good also. Anyone have any opinions on this? i'll try to get registration up on Sunday with the menu revision included.
THat would be around $600 for either pizza and house salad and knots or burgers and fries. I'd probably go pizza.
