I bought this in 2009 as a perfect, rust free Samurai with Dana 44s stuck under it. It had changed hands a couple times
without the title being transfered over a couple of months, so when I got it I contacted the original owner. It was his
daily driver from '87 to '95. In '95 he had the transmission and tcase rebuilt by a dealer and it was driven 1,000 miles
from that time until he sold it in '09. So technically its only two owner...
The body is still in good shape. It has a few dents but nothing major. The only body issue is we never cleaned up the
trimming for the rear tires.
The only mechanical issue I know of is the right rear axle seal leaks slightly, but not enough to worry about.
It needs nothing and is ready to wheel, just looking to go another direction with my LJ.
Extras that will come with:
-2 complete sets of stock front shafts
-long side rear shaft and a short side that could be cut and resplined to the correct length
-spare set of J10 housings could go with
-full soft top, white Bestop
-spare front Carolina Driveline driveshaft (not CV, works fine but vibrates at speed)
-spare rear driveshaft (don't know brand, was in it when I got it)
-could probably dig up a spare intermediate shaft also
-Replacement set of Petroworks motor mounts
