I'm pretty sure they were all just brown water snakes.

The min they slide in the water you can instant tell from a distance what they are. Water snake swims with his head down and a moccasin swims with it up.

interesting, I'll keep that in mind when I check. Usually they aren't moving a whole lot, just sunning on the rocks.

Still trying to decide, but I'm pretty sure I have the plan figured out. For now I'm going to sell what I've got (wheels, tires, front axle) and toward the end of June or beginning of July I'll start ordering.

I have been a member of that club since the beginning of December, only mine has been sitting on the tires, so I guess I've actually been a member of the Lawn ornament club...
