TRE/ Heims tech. What do you run?

I think somebody on here mentioned they had a chaser for Chevy TRE threads.

Nah, some thread in perfect and some dont... Just seems to be the ones from Advance that don't.

Yeah they are in a Moog box, the Advance brand was discontinued.

I dont have a clue who makes the TREs for Ruff stuff but they seem to be alright threading in. I still dont trust em.

why not just run heims if you dont trust the TREs so much?

I'm still rocking the same TREs I put on my jeep in 2007... Though I have replaced the hiems on my trackbar 3 times since then.

Thats impressive, I just never have had good luck with TREs.

Yeah, Thats the only hiems I've ever ran. Ive got some 7/8s Ruff Stuff Hiems on my upper links and and 3/4s on my drag link. I've been very pleased with their product.

I didn't use the 1" in fear of breaking the joint, 3/4 would be just fine. I used it because the bearing is much larger and should last a LOT longer than a 3/4" before it gets slop and starts squeaking
