Floor is pretty thin. Just a Thought but a Complete new body could be acquired for ~$3450.00 That could easly shave 6 mo of labor and produce a much nicer final product.

Do we know the outcome of the talk with Gary. When we came up with our number the other night, that wasn't even considering tons of.stuff that will add up. What about seats, gauges, lights, wiring, etc.

when I spoke with Tripp today he said as of last night Terry hadn't talked to Gary.

THe other CJ2a was going to provide drivetrain and seats. Gauges will need to be purchased unless he has a stash of them. I believe he has a stash of parts available. Most everything drivetrain, interior wise is available. just takes money.

We are meeting February 2nd for initial tear down and sandblasting.

I gave Gary my card at the meeting for this offer. But I will offer up to spray the inside and/or underside of the tub with Armadillo Bedliner by GR8TOPS.
