not sure how much the parts mike spindles were, but I know when I priced new spindles when I was doing my build they are around 100 each I thought. So if he can get them for $60 from durasolid I would say go for it and keep the stock one he has as a spare.
I have one I keep as a spare in case I screw up the bearing surface on one of mine somehow.

figured i'd rather deal with these than needle bearings, and i think these will last a good while longer than standard bearings. thanks for pointin em out to me harvey

actually just ordered a set of wheels today, just decided to order a set new and just get them shipped to my uncles. Was too lazy to try and load them up in the jeep. Ready to get this ball on the road!!! 8 more days of hell studying for finals, then it will be time for some much needed garage time!
Axle is geared, and all put together. Here is a random pic after the regear.
Then I put the diff cover on to find that it doesn't clear the ring gear bolts so I had to take out a little of material to get it to clear
Then got started on the truss and burned the coil buckets in. Didn't realize they were 3/8 steel, complete over kill so I connected the truss to it.
Here is where I stopped tonight. Front end is getting ripped apart tomorrow. :cheers2:

Got another pretty good chunk of work taken out today. Was workin alot slower today cause my uncle had a doctors appointment and didnt get back till 4. Going to start building it up in the garage now, truss coil buckets etc. gonna order the 3/4 heim steering kit, lower control arm mounts, and all the stuff to make my radius arms into a 3 link and then build everything else. Since I need my jeep over break I'll probably start tearing it down right when the next semester begins.
