The end of December a deal came along that was too good to pass up. I pitched Dad buying it and he agreed. I'm hoping that with a few little things this will be something he will just drive and enjoy.

It's a high mileage (218k) 2012 JKU sport.



I talked him in to letting me take off the chrome mirror post caps, but I'm still working on him for the rest.




After a couple days it started marking it's territory, so it's currently at Miller's to get a new oil filter housing, and some new tires.

Dad and I went to Charlotte today and picked up a hard top, then swung by to get a bumper that was nearby. Only pictures were where we got the bumper. These were our kind of people and chatted for a while.

Took a ride in the process of removing soft top and reinstalling hard top.
