Gulches MCJ Ride, April 16th

Whose going? I think Brooks said he wouldn't make this one, so I need somebody from the Columbia area to head up the group going I-26. I'll meet you all at Gulches around 10:00.

Since this is the weekend after Gulches Show and Shine, the park will probably be less crowded and we should be able to get in a lot of wheelin!

It actually wasn't too wet. Skip said it was really windy yesterday and dried it out alot.

We ran every trail we wanted and had a good time. We did Sidewinder for the first time and had a stupid moment, but it was still fun.

After this section we thought the hard stuff was over and dropped off a ledge without looking at it first:

This was after Dad put a strap on it and leveled us back out some. The right rear hit the tree behind us and kept it from going all the way over. Burgundy was not happy because she had not put on the full 6-point belts.

Easing out of it... The good camera's battery died.
