Need a recommendation for a front bumper/ winch for 1999 TJ in

I love the look of an ARB. Quadratec sells a stubby version that is a little cheaper than the original.

Really depends on what you want. The ARB gives great coverage, but can get in the way of getting a tire on an obstacle where a stubby shines.

I went with JCR when I did my stretch, but I have always loved the look of the ARB bumpers.
