Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway 2021 Recap

Day 1 down. We had a beautiful day and no rain until we got back to the house this evening.

Just under 800 miles in and Yukon and 185 in the Jeep. I didn't take many pictures on day 2, except this one.

Yeah, Greg lost all his nuts, then the wheel ran away. They fished it out of the creek along with 2 lug nuts, we collectively had a few extra, straightened the studs and got it back together.

Pretty awesome trip on the DBBB this year. If I were to do it again I’d switch direction of travel on some of it to up the challenge. There are a number of things we hit in 2018 that aren’t in the loop anymore. It was 185 miles of pretty awesome exploring though. I checked the depth in plenty of waterholes with a stick this weekend.
