Garage Build.

My brother just finished a 30x50x18. He used a company out of NC, I'll see if I can get the info. It wasn't cheap. I'm on the hunt for a good company and have run numbers through a number of builders in the area. I'm hoping I can get one started in the next 3 years.

Weird I did not get an email telling me you replied. I got a quote from R and R in NC for a 40 x 60 kit that was $35K. Problem is they don't install down here. Or at all I was told. I got a quote on a metal tube type building from a builder in Darlington that has good recommendations but it was $90K which for the type of building I think is high. Others agree. I'd love to know more about anything you find. I might reach out to Hoover next week.

Hoover did include it in the build. Altogether I think it came to $13,500 which included under the lean-to as well (1680 sq.ft.). They did use a sub-contractor to finish.

When I get home I’ll dig out the invoice and chime back in with the exact amount.

$13,500 with concrete and building? I'd love to see specs.
Haha yeah $13,500 for concrete only. I wanna say building and concrete totaled around $60k. That was “turn-key” for the most part which included all doors and windows, insulation, and gutters. I did the electrical work myself, never added that up and don’t care to honestly 😆

Thats more like it, i was thinking the prices must have really changed since i looked a few years ago. Thats more like I was thinking.

SO I'm not getting email notification from this site. @97TJGUZZY anything you can do to help with that? Thanks @Blazer87 for sharing. I think I had Hoover quote me a building back 5 or 6 years ago and it was in the 50K range I believe. The R and R kit is $35K which for a 40 x 60 isn't bad I guess today. But then there is concrete probably another 20K and install if I don;t try and do it myself.
