I've wanted another dirtbike or dual sport for 20 years, and the opportunity presented itself a couple weeks ago. I picked up a slightly used 2023 supermoto with dirt tires that had already been dropped a few times and had some nice mods. Still looks good but depreciated enough to be a good deal 🤣.

It has a TST fender cleanup and tail light, but didn't have any kind of rack. I picked up a cheap Chinese rear rack and mounted an Apache dry box.

I've got my permit and going to get some miles in and go take the skills test soon. I hope to get the kids out to CAW, Durhamtown etc with their Rzr this spring/summer.

Man I didn't need to see this. I've had an itch for a dirtbike for the last few months. I've been looking, just haven't found the right deal. It seems every kid owes 9k on on a 2022 or newer and wants payoff, or it needs a full rebuild being in my price range that I wanna spend.

Second round of upgrades started today but paused. I knew the bike had been dropped multiple times, but I didn't realize it had replacement bars then was dropped again. The grips that were on it are BMX grips with NO GLUE and were torn up.

I swapped the grips out to some Pro Taper grips AND GLUED THEM ON. I cut the ends out for bark busters, but the bark busters don't fit with the full length levers. I had planned to swap the broken clutch lever but now I have to decide if I want to cut the brake lever and install the bark busters or get aftermarket levers for both sides.
