We made it to 37 Registered, I want to thank all of you that preregistered as that makes our job that much easier. Shirt proof should be here soon and we will get this ball rolling!!!
Actually, there are 43 registered. The count is off on the registration page because some people registered there own name multiple times (so that person only shows once). I am guessing because they either didn't know who else was coming with them or they didn't want to put there names on there. Either way, this is a great turn out. Also considering that there will be even more their that didn't register, we will have a pretty good event this year. Over double the amount we were initially shooting for!

Wow, that is a decent ammount. I know a bunch that are wheeling but not doing the bbq thing so there should be some great trail rides, come awn?

Little more than 2 weeks till we leave for the hills of KY!!! Just wanted to see what your plans were for trail riding. If there are more planning to come out who have not signed up how should we do the trailrides? are we going to have a time when groups will be at certain trails? I'm not trying to constrain anyone or schedule it, just trying to help some of the guys that want to watch the big rigs on lions den and similar trails get to where the action is.

Any Ideas?

Good idea. I want some video of the lions den.
Not to mention that I hope we can kinda group with people that have been before. I want to wheel, but it's nice to know where not to try! I do have to drive her home!

Can we get another thread with attendees and departures? I'm looking for at the least one other jeeper to travel with. It's nice to know that your not gonna get left to the wolves if you were to have mechanical problems going up, or coming back!

We will prob. wait untill Saturday for the big hill climbs and such so we can avoid parts scattering untill the last day. Since mine will be a virgin, I wanna pop it's cherry slowly

When are you planning on leaving? We'll be leaving here around 6:00 am thursday heading to Newberry and up 26.

I'm not real particular about a time to leave. I was thinking around 8:30 after the Cola. morning rush is died out. I leave the house for work around 6:00 every morning, and I26 is mayhem!

I go I-20 to I-26 to downtown, then 277 back to twenty every morning between 7:00 and 7:30 and it's usually not bad... but I won't hit interstate until Newberry exit, and I think it should be just the right time to eat breakfast and miss the Spartanburg rush. I'm hoping to get to Evarts not too long after noon.
